We had a few Shoaf’s stay with us over the past two weeks (Jim, Kathy, and Emily – Matt’s dad, mom, and sister, respectively). We first met them in London where we spent a few days showing them some of our favorite spots. We lucked out with the weather and only had one morning of rain. We even got a little sunburned! After 3 days in London, we headed back to Munich. Although I had to spend most days working since I had just started my new job, Matt was able to take some vacation days and really show his family around the city. During the week, they also ventured on their own to Prague in the Czech Republic. Throughout their time in Europe, they ate and drank well, visited some of our favorite shops and cafes, and even had the chance to appreciate some art and history! Here are a few photos I stole from Jim. I think it is safe to say the trip was a great success! Now they are all experienced world travelers!
